Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control food, beverage, and consumable costs
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
  • Track and reconcile stock movements between kitchen, warehouse, and events
  • Conduct regular physical inventories and spot checks
  • Ensure all recipes and menu costing are correctly recorded and updated
  • Analyze wastage, breakage, and variance reports, and investigate discrepancies
  • Support the forecasting and budgeting process for catering events
  • Ensure compliance with internal costing and procurement procedures
  • Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to maintain portion control and cost efficiency
  • Utilize ERP tools or accurate cost tracking and reporting
