F&B Attendant voco

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and drinks according to established service standards.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Set up and prepare tables, buffets, and service stations as required.
• Process payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions securely.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist guests with menu choices.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or items as required.
