Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and drinks according to established service standards.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Set up and prepare tables, buffets, and service stations as required.
- Process payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions securely.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist guests with menu choices.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or items as required.
