EY-Parthenon s Strategy team is looking for ambitious, analytical professionals to join our expanding Strategy and Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) practice in MENA. You will advise clients, including private equity firms and government entities, on strategic growth and investment opportunities.

The role involves assessing acquisition targets, exploring new markets, and evaluating business models through rigorous analysis of market dynamics, customer behavior, competitive positioning, and other commercial factors. Your key responsibilities

Senior Consultants identify and analyze the client s most strategic issues. They are generally the primary contact for our clients, responsible for developing work plans, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions and managing other case team members.

In this role, you will conduct various analyses, such as market sizing, customer segmentation and competitor analysis, using both secondary research from various sources and interviews with stakeholders and industry experts. Additionally, you will evaluate business models, revenue streams, and competitive positioning, as well as review financial models to assess key assumptions.

Depending on your level, you may lead workstreams, coordinate analysis across teams, and guide junior team members. You will also be responsible for preparing client-ready outputs, including presentations and reports that synthesize complex data into clear insights.
