Extrution Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive printed work orders daily from the data entry clerk, after approval by the direct supervisor, to meet the production plan requirements.

• Prepare and install the dies for the required size and assemble them on the production line to execute production orders.

• Set up the extrusion line and establish appropriate operating conditions for the extrusion line units.

• Responsible for necessary adjustments at startup to produce a product that meets quality standards according to the output plan.

• Monitor the extrusion lines with team leaders and make necessary adjustments to operating conditions to maintain optimal product quality.

• Supervise and ensure compliance with health and safety rules and regulations through inspections to guarantee employee safety.

• Prepare repair requests for machines in case of malfunctions, follow up on repairs with the maintenance team, and submit a report on the machine's condition after repair to the direct supervisor.

• Record daily production reports on product volume, condition, and operating time to monitor adherence to production plans.

• Coordinate with the mixing department regarding raw material types and feeding issues, and with the maintenance department regarding malfunctions in the extrusion line units. • Coordinate with the molds department regarding measurements and quality management in case of non-conforming products (NCRs).

• Deliver accepted products to the finished goods warehouse and scrap to the crushers department.

• Prepare leave schedules according to work needs and submit them to the direct manager for approval.

• Conduct periodic performance evaluations of the team according to the performance indicators in the monthly incentive regulations.

• Ensure compliance with 5S standards and occupational health and safety protocols.
