Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Technical expertise combined with sales acumen, will be instrumental in successfully promoting and selling our transport solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of our products and the ability to engage with customers, identify their unique requirements, and offer tailored solutions.

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of MCV Egypt's bus technology solutions, including our product portfolio, features, and benefits.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings to effectively position our solutions in the UK and European markets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops to showcase the value and capabilities of our products.
  • Collaborate closely with our engineering and development teams to provide customer requirements, contribute to product improvement, and support new product launches.
  • Preparing tender documents, including technical specifications and commercial proposal
  • Support the design and implementation of first-class products into the market by feeding back clearly the customers wants, expectations and demands.
  • Prepare and present technical presentations demonstrating how the product will meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare timely submission and creation of attractive proposals for customers in conjunction with your direct manager
  • Ensure that all new sales opportunities from new and existing customers are timely logged
  • Ability to read, analyse and investigate tender documents and issue the relevant specifications sheet and technical response.
  • Collaborate with the sales team in each market to develop compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while achieving sales targets.
  • Follow up on sales processes from the contract award till final delivery to the end customer
  • Engage with the sales team in each market through various channels, including meetings, presentations, trade shows, and conferences, to explore sales opportunities.
  • Managing the sales orders process from order confirmation until final delivery to the end customer
  • Monitoring the cost of sales and providing analysis for any deviation from the budget.
  • Liaise with key suppliers to investigate tender specifications and product cost
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the sales cycle, addressing inquiries, clarifying technical aspects, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation, on boarding, and post-sales support.
  • Ensure that all new sales opportunities from new and existing customers are timely logged
  • Generate reports to monitor sales activities monitoring planned delivery versus actual

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 0 - 5 years of experience preferably in an engineering-related business.
  • Fluent English
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to comprehend complex automotive technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse

    audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a global team

    environment.

  • Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe as required from time to time.
