Roles & Responsibilities

p> b>Key Responsibilities:/b> /p> ul> li> p>Preparing and introducing the monthly export plan, providing visibility to agents, and uploading the SOD report./p> /li> li> p>Handling discussions with Demand and Supply teams./p> /li> li> p>Preparing the actual monthly export loading plan./p> /li> li> p>Leading export communications with freight forwarders, customers, and affiliates./p> /li> li> p>Leading the documents and loading team./p> /li> li> p>Opening export purchase orders and monitoring their execution until the export process is complete./p> /li> li> p>Handling pre-loading inspections for export and applying country-specific parameters./p> /li> li> p>Handling internal communications with the Warehouse (WH) to arrange export shipments./p> /li> li> p>Leading testing and sampling protocols for special orders with multiple inspection suppliers./p> /li> li> p>Preparing and reporting all export tracking reports./p> /li> li> p>Controlling costs for shipping rates with Global Shipping Forwarders (GSF) and customs brokers./p> /li> /ul>

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools for tracking export metrics and performance
  • Experience with trade compliance systems and automated documentation processes
