Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business growth in international markets.
- Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with new distributors, importers, and retail partners abroad.
- Manage and expand existing export accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in target regions.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, quotations, and pricing agreements with overseas clients.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation standards.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 5 years proven experience in export sales, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing (experience in biscuits, confectionery, or bakery products is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Results-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
