Roles & Responsibilities
Follow up on international clients and attract new customers in targeted markets.
Prepare competitive price quotations in coordination with the Pricing and Production departments.
Follow up on customer orders and ensure product availability according to required specifications.
Study international markets, analyze competitor pricing, and provide development recommendations.
Build strong professional relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service and efficiently resolve order and shipment issues.
