Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.

  • Open new international markets and identify potential customers and distributors.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing international clients.
  • Conduct market research and analyze global market trends and competitors.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with overseas customers.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Prepare export sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and company policies.
  • Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 10 years of experience in export sales within industrial or manufacturing companies (glass industry experience is a strong advantage).
  • Proven track record in opening new markets and achieving export sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade procedures, Incoterms, and export documentation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • High level of commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
