Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Open new international markets and identify potential customers and distributors.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing international clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze global market trends and competitors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with overseas customers.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare export sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and company policies.
- Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in export sales within industrial or manufacturing companies (glass industry experience is a strong advantage).
- Proven track record in opening new markets and achieving export sales growth.
- Strong knowledge of international trade procedures, Incoterms, and export documentation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- High level of commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
