Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Negotiate to obtain the best possible rates for ocean freight, trucking, customs, carrier services, and insurance.
  • Handle communication and coordination with shipping lines, customs brokers, and trucking providers.
  • Manage the entire booking process for both import and export shipments.
  • Oversee all logistics procedures related to import and export operations.
  • Book vessels and prepare complete and accurate shipping documentation.
  • Organize and manage the subsidization process efficiently.
  • Monitor daily cash transactions relevant to logistics activities.
  • Keep the shipment status updated and ensure timely follow-up until delivery.
  • Coordinate the production plan with the loading schedule.
  • Handle and settle all processes related to temporary admission.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor s degree is a must (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields).
  • 1 3 years of proven experience as a Logistics Specialist, preferably in a large international organization.
  • Strong teamwork and motivational abilities.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
  • Excellent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
