Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Set export policies and strategies to align with organizational objectives and market demands.
  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve product volume and profit targets while meeting customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Country Sales Managers to prepare project budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Monitor and analyze existing and prospective markets to identify business opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Design and oversee distribution strategies in collaboration with business partners to ensure efficient product delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide training and mentorship for the export team, ensuring continuous development and alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of export transactions and ensure compliance with state and foreign trade regulations.br> br>

2. Problem-Solving Section

  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Address challenges related to export logistics, regulatory compliance, or distribution inefficiencies by developing innovative solutions.
  • Optimize export operations by identifying process bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks associated with international trade, such as regulatory changes or geopolitical disruptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues affecting export performance or customer satisfaction.
  • Accountability Section
  • Ensure the achievement of export sales targets, product volume goals, and profit margins.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Deliver regular performance evaluations and KPI reviews for the export team.
  • Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations across all markets.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to senior management on export performance and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and international customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in export sales or international trade, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics management.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale export operations and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of global trade regulations, distribution strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Extensive expertise in strategic planning and cross-border operations.
