Export Manager

BioGeneric Pharma S.A.E (BGP)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for screening, prioritizing and engagement of new export opportunities and achieving the agreed upon export sales target, with a track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve the agreed upon export sales target.
Prepare annual export sales forecast for each territory.
Prepare effective business plans and follow up on export transportation and financial transactions.
Prepare and process all documents and permits, maintain records of all transactions.
Research and analyze foreign markets to identify new business opportunities.
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.
Handle and process all export documents Application of permits/Costing/Bank Documents etc.
Preparing all marketing tools i.e. Flyers, give a ways for marketing campaigns.
Negotiate prices, payment terms and conditions, ensure compliance with all procedures of the organization and maintain clients satisfaction
Review and confirm all shipping requirements prior shipping to ensure it is in compatibility with custom regulations.
Follow-up with the regulatory department the fulfillment and submission of all regulatory documents to the authorities.
Represent the company in the local and international events/exhibitions to identify potential markets and partners.
Coordinate with the business development to screen, search, and identify new business opportunities with the international biopharmaceutical & biological companies.
Define strategies for identifying target markets to grow the company s global presence.
Identify & contract potential & competent global distributors and agents to expand the export business.
Present our contract manufacturing services to the potential clients globally.
Develop all related SOP s.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in pharmacy, medicine or life science.
MBA is a plus.
Min. 5-7 years experience in export functions in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in Middle East, Africa, and emerging markets is highly recommended.
Fluency in English is a must, French is a plus.
