Mission :

As a Data Engineering Technical Expert, you will be the trusted technical reference and architect for designing, optimizing, and securing data platforms and pipelines on our clients' projects. You will play a strategic role in ensuring the robustness, performance, and scalability of solutions, while supporting Data teams and disseminating best practices.

Responsabilit s :

Architecture & Strat gie :

• Define, design and validate the Data architecture (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Mesh).
• Guarantee the consistency, security and scalability of the solutions implemented.
• Anticipate technological developments and guide strategic choices (Cloud, Big Data frameworks, governance).

Advanced data engineering:

• Design and develop complex and high-performance pipelines (batch & real-time).
• Integrate, transform and orchestrate data from multiple heterogeneous sources (APIs, legacy systems, SQL/NoSQL databases, massive files).
• Implement advanced monitoring, logging and cost optimization mechanisms.

Technical leadership & support:

• To be the technical mentor of Data Engineers and developers.
• Disseminate development and quality standards (CI/CD, security, code review, best practices).
• Challenge and validate the solutions proposed in Data projects.

Data Collaboration and Governance:

• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts and Architects to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Contribute to the integration and industrialization of analytical and predictive models.
• Actively participate in technical committees and strategic Data decisions.

Required skills and qualifications:

Proven experience (7+ years) in Data Engineering or equivalent, including several as a technical reference.

Expertise in tools and languages:

• Python, advanced SQL, Spark, Bash, Scala/Java (desired).
• Orchestration : Airflow, dbt ou quivalents.
• Relational and NoSQL databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) with strong expertise in Data services.

Proficiency in CI/CD, Git, monitoring and security environments.

Good understanding of data-driven architectures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Mesh, real-time/streaming).
