Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and optimize IML processes (label placement, injection molding, automation).

Define and adjust machine parameters for efficiency and quality.

Support trials, sampling, and new product industrialization.

Troubleshoot defects and technical issues (label shift, bubbles, adhesion).

Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.

Train operators/technicians on IML technology and best practices.

Collaborate with toolmakers, automation suppliers, and production teams.

Drive process improvements to increase productivity and reduce scrap.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.

• Strong knowledge of injection molding and IML technology.

• Experience with molding machines, automation, and label handling systems.

• Familiarity with tooling design, robotics, and process optimization.

• Understanding of quality standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).

• Skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and process improvement.

• Good communication for working with suppliers, production, and R&D teams.
