Role Summary
Quorum Software is seeking an experienced Energy Components (EC) Expert to join its Professional Services team in Abu Dhabi. This leadership role involves planning, designing, and implementing complex software solutions for oil and gas clients across upstream or midstream operations. The position requires technical expertise in EC implementations, strong leadership skills, and an ability to deliver innovative workflows that optimize business processes and enhance client satisfaction.

What You ll Do

* Lead EC implementation projects, including design, configuration, deployment, and integration of Quorum software solutions
* Manage and mentor a team of solution consultants, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery
* Oversee technical architecture for system design, development, and infrastructure management
* Configure application features, optimize workflows, and troubleshoot issues related to EC
* Engage clients as a trusted advisor on gas dispatching, scheduling, sales, and revenue workflows
* Develop and present tailored software demonstrations and support RFP responses
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and client expectations
* Collaborate with internal teams and product management to align project deliverables with roadmap objectives
* Provide training and support for team members on advanced technical skills, including SQL, API configuration, AWS DevOps pipelines, and Java troubleshooting
* Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes, tools, and documentation

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
* Minimum 5 years of full-scale EC implementation experience
* Proven experience in oil and gas workflows, especially upstream/midstream processes
* Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database management for handling large data sets
* Proficiency in programming (Java preferred) and understanding of software architecture and DevOps
* Leadership experience managing teams of 8+ professionals on complex enterprise projects
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders and technical teams
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Preferred Skills

* Expertise in Quorum software suite, particularly Energy Components
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and SaaS delivery models
* Familiarity with systems integration, pipeline scheduling, and dispatching solutions
