Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Implements quality standards in projects in his / her responsibility (e.g. processes, methods, requirements for tools) and ensures quality planning and technology quality related activities in project phase.

Analyses and evaluates customer requirements and is the interface to the customer regarding quality aspects

Supports development with regard to quality planning and customer standards, including but not limited to participation in RFQs, preparation, agreement and following up APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) according to customer requirements, participation and preparation of quality input for D-FMEA, monitoring release status of components, agreement of initial sampling document content, time line, requirements with costumer

Acts as Core Team Member for product quality being the key interface of customer project team for all quality matters (to support the plant in all quality relevant activities) e. g. P-FMEA, Control plan, etc., to participate in customer visits/ audits, to participate in supplier audits if required

Escalates major project quality issues in his projects during project phases to the project management and within the QM Organization

Monitors compliance with and works according to relevant LEONI requirements

Reports and monitors KPIs according department concept (sampling individual parts, Stand customer sampling)

Participates in project reviews e. g. internal / customer site

Monitors product quality at customer location / LEONI country in the project phases

Desired Candidate Profile

Education Level : University Degree in technical field

  • Experience: Min 3 years in Operation Quality/ Quality Customer Interface/ Quality Project
