Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Aria Holding is a diversified business group with interests across real estate, retail, hospitality, and trading. We are expanding our finance team in Qatar and Dubai and are seeking skilled accountants to join our growing organization.

Role & responsibilities
- Process and verify employee and operational expense claims in line with company policies.
- Record and reconcile expenses, including travel, entertainment, and petty cash.
- Post expenses to the General Ledger and monitor cost center allocations.
- Coordinate with HR, Procurement, and other departments for cost mapping and compliance.
- Prepare expense reports, assist with monthly closings, and support audits.
- Track budgets versus actuals and highlight key variances.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).
- 2 5 years of experience in expense accounting or accounts payable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics / Tally).
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of expense controls.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
