Job Description

We are looking for an Expansion Marketing Manager to drive our international growth and lead successful product launches across new markets. You will be responsible for building scalable processes, shaping market entry strategies, and ensuring consistent execution across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize market entry processes: Create and implement a clear methodology from market research to scaling aligned with resources and KPIs.
  • Manage Regional Marketing Managers: Set priorities, assign tasks, and control execution quality within regional GTM strategies.
  • Develop regional market entry strategies: Assess market potential, competitive landscape, and cultural barriers; define positioning, offers, channels, and budgets.
  • Co-create Go-to-Market strategies: Collaborate with Regional Marketing Managers and Regional Sales Managers to launch and scale products in new geographies.
  • Analyze and improve expansion performance: Track metrics (CAC, LTV, ROMI, PMF), identify bottlenecks, and optimize for growth.
  • Adapt strategies to local specifics: Ensure localized messaging, relevant channels, and integration of cultural insights into marketing and product communications.
  • Make strategic expansion decisions: Prioritize regions, allocate resources, and manage the launch or discontinuation of initiatives.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as Expansion Marketing Manager, Regional Marketing Lead, International Growth Manager, or Country Manager.
  • Proven track record of launching products/services (crypto/fintech a strong plus) in at least two regions, including building teams and processes from scratch.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and customer insights to drive decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills across distributed and culturally diverse teams.
  • Deep understanding of international marketing, competitive environments, and regional specifics (CIS, MENA, LATAM, EU, APAC).
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
