Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Description :
Strong working knowledge of Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, and other Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
Provide accurate guidance to clients regarding travel destinations, routes, and suitable travel options.
Handle and resolve booking-related issues, including reservations, changes, and cancellations.
Ensure clear understanding and execution of ticket issuance, reissuance, and refund procedures.
Offer updated and correct information on current travel rules, airline policies, and regulations.
Perform sales-related activities according to instructions from management.
Support additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
Job Details :
Graduate from any recognized discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant ticketing or reservation role.
Highly committed to work responsibilities and deadlines.
Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary is negotiable based on experience and skills.
Yearly salary review.
