Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in the development and execution of corporate sales strategies and initiatives.
2. Analyze market trends and provide insights to enhance sales strategies.
3. Track and report on key sales KPIs and performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
4. Advice and assist in developing comprehensive pitch decks and studies for new products/services and assist in enhance current products.
5. Influence decision making in the department according to best practice.
6. Implementing and analyzing sales data
7. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on sales data and trends for senior management.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
9. Act as a primary contact for resolving client issues and enhancing client satisfaction.
10. Coordinate with subsidiaries and business units to drive cross-selling initiatives.
11. Ensure seamless integration of sales processes across all subsidiaries
12. Oversee the implementation of standardized corporate sales processes.
13. Contribute to high-level sales and product development committees, as required.
14. Provide support and guidance to junior team members in achieving their targets.
15. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team.
Key Accountabilities
1. Advice on the division/department strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration.
2. Support the division s management by providing expert opinions and recommendations on specialized matters, and deliver leadership assistance on other projects as needed.
3. Advice on risk management and mitigation tactics within the division/department.
4. Recommend tools, frameworks, and methodology to ensure proper governance and monitoring of the division/department projects.
5. Advice on the development of future state process flows, and suggest divisional/departmental and workflow changes based on the market best practices.
6. Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
7. Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or similar is required, Master Degree is preferred.
Knowledge and Experience
6 + years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in a multi-subsidiary or complex organizational environment. Experience in client relationship management, cross-selling, and sales strategy execution is essential.
Skills Required
Strong understanding of corporate sales principles and practices.
Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM tools.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinking and results-oriented approach.
Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions.
Proven experience in mentoring and developing sales team members.
Experienced in commercial organization transformation
