Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
  • Bachelor Degree in relevant subject; minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in administrative, clerical procedures and business principles.
  • Must be bilingual (Arabic & English)
  • Monitoring and prioritizing incoming communication, such as emails and phone calls, and redirecting them
  • appropriately will contribute to the streamlined functioning of the executive office.
  • Prioritizing and managing incoming communication, ensuring executives are informed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate all arrangements for meetings to ensure properly organized and minutes are accurately recorded and circulated.
  • Handle regular archiving both electronic and physical .
  • Proficient in administrative, clerical procedures and business principles.
