Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments, and events.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, and taking minutes of meeting.
  • Monitor, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails.
  • Track follow-up actions from meetings and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for records and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the same position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with calendar and task management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Very good command of English both written and spoken.
