Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Our restaurant is inspired by authentic Italian traditions and fresh Mediterranean flavors. We aim to deliver a refined yet genuine Italian culinary journey, combining creativity, authenticity, and elegance in every dish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design authentic Italian menus, including regional specialties.
  • Create and standardize recipes with consistent quality and presentation.
  • Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, procurement, and cost control.
  • Train, mentor, and lead the kitchen team.
  • Ensure the highest hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with management on seasonal updates and new menu concepts.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of experience in professional kitchens, with at least 5 years focused on Italian cuisine.

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine-dining or upscale Italian restaurant.

Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills.

Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.

Fluent in English; Italian or Arabic is a plus.
