Job Overview:
A premium restaurant in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Executive Chef with proven expertise in Italian cuisine to lead the culinary operations of a new dining concept. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting authentic Italian dishes and overseeing all aspects of kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the kitchen team in the preparation of high-quality Italian dishes

• Design and execute menus featuring classic Italian items including:

  • Traditional Pizza (Pizzeria-style)

  • Fresh Pasta

  • Lasagna and other regional specialties

• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation

• Manage kitchen operations, inventory, hygiene, and staff performance

• Collaborate on cost control and food procurement

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Executive Chef role

• Deep specialization in Italian cuisine with a focus on authenticity

• Previous experience with well-recognized restaurants or culinary brands

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Experience in the Gulf region (KSA preferred) is an advantage

• Open to candidates of any nationality
