Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
  • Provide executive support, including calendar management and travel coordination.
  • Prepare documents and materials for meetings.
  • Assist with HR tasks like onboarding and leave management.
  • Support team engagement and internal events.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in office management and as an executive assistant.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.
  • Experience in DIFC or similar corporate environments is a plus.
