Roles & Responsibilities
JOB OVERVIEW
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO . This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily schedule and calendar of the CEO, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare necessary documentation
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
Liaise between executives, staff, and clients to ensure smooth communication
Prepare expense reports and manage petty cash or basic accounting records
Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and support project coordination
Provide general administrative support and office management duties as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant
Excellent command of English and Arabic (French is a plus)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
