Roles & Responsibilities

Executive Assistant


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the agenda and organize meetings, travel, and meetings of the management.
  • Ensure the processing, drafting, and follow-up of mail, notes, and reports.
  • Filter calls, welcome and guide internal and external interlocutors.
  • Prepare the files necessary for decision-making (reports, presentations, administrative documents).
  • Participate in the organization of events, seminars or conferences.

Skills:

  • Excellent mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Good command of French and English.
