Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main mission:
- Assist the General Manager in daily management, administrative coordination, preparation of meetings and monitoring of strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the General Manager's schedule, appointments and travel.
- Prepare meeting files, minutes and materials.
- Follow up on mail, emails and official communications.
- Coordinate interactions between directorates and departments.
- Participate in the drafting of strategic documents and activity reports for the Company.
Required skills:
- Excellent command of French, Arabic and English.
- Discretion, rigor and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in office tools.
- Ability to synthesize and reformulate complex information.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & experience:
- Bac+3 to Bac+5 in management, communication or executive secretarial work.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position.
- Hierarchical position: Reporting to General Management.
