Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team, manage the agenda and facilitate internal and external communication.
- Prepare, write and format letters, notes and reports.
- Organize and monitor meetings (convening, minutes, distribution).
- Manage internal and external communication (reception of visitors, telephone calls, emails).
- Ensure the classification, archiving and updating of files.
- Excellent command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Very good written and oral expression in French (English preferred).
- Strong sense of organization and confidentiality.
- Dynamism, rigor, sense of communication, responsiveness.
