Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, manage the agenda and facilitate internal and external communication.
  • Prepare, write and format letters, notes and reports.
  • Organize and monitor meetings (convening, minutes, distribution).
  • Manage internal and external communication (reception of visitors, telephone calls, emails).
  • Ensure the classification, archiving and updating of files.
  • Excellent command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Very good written and oral expression in French (English preferred).
  • Strong sense of organization and confidentiality.
  • Dynamism, rigor, sense of communication, responsiveness.
