Roles & Responsibilities
Assist one or more managers (executive, director).
- Planning management, communication, meeting preparation, and telephone and physical reception.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external information,
- Monitor equipment maintenance contract files and organize events.
- Physical and electronic classification and archiving of files and documents.
- Good command of office tools.
- Good writing skills.
- Good command of foreign languages: especially English and Spanish.
- Living in Ain Benian and surrounding areas.
