Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide executive support to the Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Support family-office operations such as managing expenses, tracking receipts, and maintaining records.
Accompany and assist the family members for errands, and day-to-day requirements.
Manage bookings for travel, events, appointments, and personal engagements.
Communicate on behalf of the Managing Director or family members when required, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
Anticipate needs proactively and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners as needed.
Coordinate basic household-related tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Female candidate required.
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong command of English; Arabic-speaking is a strong advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
UAE driving license is a plus (optional).
