Motivate Media Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
From corporate conferences and awards galas to lifestyle and brand activations, this role requires someone with a passion for delivering standout experiences and a strong understanding of the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of events across various formats including conferences, awards, brand activations, and VIP experiences.
• Manage all event logistics including venue sourcing, production, staffing, permits, and vendor coordination.
• Work closely with internal teams (Editorial, Sales, Marketing, and Design) to align events with brand objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, suppliers, and government entities.
• Oversee guest list and invitation management, RSVPs, seating plans, and on-site operations.
• Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Prepare timelines, reports, and post-event summaries to evaluate success and areas of improvement.
• Event operations experience is a must for this role as you will be on site building each event.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 5 years of experience in event management , preferably within media, lifestyle, or corporate sectors in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of the local culture, regulations, and vendor landscape.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required for events.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
• Driving license is a must.
