Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Brand Operations Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of branding across all events and activations. This role ensures that our brand is represented consistently and powerfully at every event — from large-scale conferences and exhibitions to internal launches and promotional campaigns.
The ideal candidate will combine strong brand management expertise with event operations skills, ensuring smooth execution while maintaining brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the branding strategy and execution for all events, ensuring alignment with company identity and guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end brand operations for events: timelines, budgets, workflows, and approvals.
- Oversee the production of event branding assets (booths, signage, stage designs, digital screens, giveaways, etc.).
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and event production teams to ensure a seamless branded experience.
- Liaise with vendors, agencies, and partners for the production and installation of branding materials.
- Ensure consistent visual identity across all event touchpoints (print, digital, physical).
- Monitor quality control on-site, ensuring branding elements are delivered and installed correctly.
- Track performance of event branding initiatives and provide post-event reports and improvement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Events Management, Brand Management, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in event branding, brand operations, or event production management.
- Strong portfolio or track record of managing branding for corporate events, exhibitions, or activations.
- Solid understanding of brand identity systems and event marketing.
- Excellent project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.).
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience in large-scale international events or exhibitions.
- Knowledge of event technology (LED displays, interactive branding, AR/VR).
- Familiarity with print production, signage, and stage design workflows.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills to measure event brand impact.
