Responsibilities:

Coordinate logistics for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, sponsorships, and internal activations.

Develop and maintain event documentation including timelines, checklists, vendor briefs, run-of-show, and post-event reports.

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely and accurate execution of event requirements.

Supervise event setup, branding implementation, and on-site coordination.

Ensure event materials and giveaways are prepared, delivered, and aligned with branding guidelines.

Support in managing event budgets and processing related procurement and payments.

Assist in developing creative event concepts and thematic experiences aligned with marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with the communication and creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all event elements.

Collect and analyze feedback and KPIs to evaluate event impact and improvement areas.

Maintain a structured archive of event assets, photos, reports, and vendor contacts.
