Position: Event Manager
Location: Muscat, Oman

UMS Events, known for market leading business conferences, B2B forums, corporate awards, corporate events, brand launches, lifestyle events and luxury shows, is looking for an Events Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute impactful business conferences and B2B meets that foster collaboration and growth.
• Manage grand corporate award ceremonies that recognize and celebrate excellence.
• Lead unforgettable brand launches that leave a lasting impression.
• Create lifestyle events and luxury shows that epitomize sophistication and style.
• Co-ordinate with internal teams and external service providers for the successful organization of the events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing the events as mentioned above.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A flair for creativity coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
