Position Overview
The Event Manager will design and execute luxury beauty brand events, influencer activations, and client engagement programs to drive brand visibility and customer loyalty in the competitive Gulf beauty industry. You will oversee everything from planning to post-event performance reporting, ensuring alignment with Glow Beauty On Demand s marketing strategies.

Core Duties

* Develop and manage a strategic calendar for beauty and wellness marketing events across Dubai and UAE
* Execute luxury beauty events, influencer meetups, seasonal promotions, and wellness activations
* Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution
* Create event-specific marketing campaigns to increase attendance and online engagement
* Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement to achieve cost efficiency
* Handle logistics, including venue selection, branding, live streaming setup for hybrid events
* Monitor event ROI through KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare detailed reports
* Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines during event setup and execution

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
* Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sector in UAE or GCC
* Strong knowledge of marketing trends in beauty and luxury retail industry
* Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital marketing, and influencer outreach strategies
* Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
