A Lifestyle led studio is seeking an Event Curator & Coordinator to lead the curation and execution of our monthly community events. These gatherings are intentional, wellness- and lifestyle-led experiences.

This role is for someone who understands that events are not just organized they are felt.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and coordinate monthly community events from concept to execution
• Develop the event narrative and experience flow in alignment with brand values
• Source, liaise with, and manage venues, facilitators, speakers, and collaborators
• Coordinate graphic invitations and digital assets with designers
• Manage RSVPs, guest lists, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Organize gifting, event materials, and small-scale production elements
• Ensure each event reflects the brand values world refined, thoughtful, and human
• Be present on event days to oversee execution and guest experience

What We re Looking For

• Experience curating intimate, lifestyle-led, or wellness events
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and aesthetic sensitivity
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple suppliers
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Calm under pressure, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Genuine interest in design, wellness, culture, and human connection
