Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated European Expat Supervisor Mechanic with a strong background in mechanics, particularly with heavy machinery, who can lead and manage a diverse team. The ideal candidate will have international experience, ideally in large-scale projects or mining, and be comfortable working abroad for extended periods.
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of secondary education in mechanics (automotive or similar field) or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a mechanic, with preference given to experience with heavy machinery and earth-moving equipment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and punctuality.
- Flexibility and ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage and oversee teams, ensuring effective workflow and productivity.
- Willingness to relocate and work abroad for an extended period.
- Previous experience on a large international project or the same industry is highly preferred.
