Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL mappings and workflows using Informatica (IICS) for large-scale data integration projects.
  • Perform mapping optimization, workflow tuning, and SQL performance enhancement on Oracle databases to improve ETL efficiency.
  • Drive cloud-based data integration projects on platforms like Azure, leveraging cloud capabilities for scalability and performance.
  • Lead a team of ETL developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring timely delivery of integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to redesign and implement Data Warehouse (DWH) architectures and complex integrations.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize ETL processes to ensure smooth data flow across multiple systems.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, best practices, and enterprise standards across all integration projects.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with mapping, workflow tuning, and performance optimization.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills in a dynamic environment.
