Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust automated test suites (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.)
- Validate digital accessibility compliance using WCAG 2.2 A/AA/AAA guidelines - Conduct accessibility audits using tools like axe-core, Lighthouse, or WAVE
- Collaborate with developers and designers to embed accesibility from the start - Integrate automation and accessibility checks into our CI/CD pipeline
- Drive quality improvements through data-driven testing and proactive reporting
What We're Looking For:
- 4 5 years of software testing experience with a strong focus on automation - Proven experience with accessibility testing (automated + manual)
- Good understanding of ARIA, semantic HTML, and screen reader behavior
- Familiar with tools like NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, or equivalent - Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira/TestRail
Preferrable to have:
- ISTQB or accessibility certifications
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
- A passion for inclusive design and shift-left testing
