Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit, and modern frameworks.
- Implement clean, scalable architecture patterns (MVVM, modular components).
- Ensure secure coding practices (Keychain, ATS, SSL pinning).
- Optimize app performance and memory usage using Instruments and profiling tools.
- Integrate APIs and handle networking/offline scenarios (URLSession, REST/gRPC, caching).
- Write and maintain unit, UI, and snapshot tests; contribute to test automation strategy.
- Participate in CI/CD workflows (Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, Azure DevOps).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support code reviews, maintain coding standards, and contribute to reusable components.
- Stay updated on iOS trends and advocate for best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- 4 6+ years of iOS development experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Strong proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit, Combine/Async-Await.
- Experience with dependency management (SPM, CocoaPods).
- Knowledge of networking, offline sync, and background tasks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and app distribution (MDM solutions like Intune/Workspace ONE).
- Solid understanding of secure coding principles and app hardening techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
