Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand project scope and requirements, focusing on fit-out specifics.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
  • Conduct thorough site visits to assess existing conditions and identify potential challenges impacting fit-out work.
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to project specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; a strong foundation for understanding fit-out projects.

  • Holds relevant certifications, such as a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or similar, demonstrating commitment to the field.

  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, vital for accurate fit-out assessment.
