• Create and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders and management.

• Audit contractor invoices and claims to ensure compliance with agreements.

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven work experience as an Estimator, Cost Controller, or similar role.
• Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and financial modeling tools.
• Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, contracts, and financial standards.
