- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients and contractors.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for competitiveness and compliance.
2. Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with design and production teams to confirm material consumption rates and manufacturing feasibility.
- Recommend optimal mix designs or manufacturing approaches to balance quality and cost.
- Support the design team in defining production methods, mold strategies, and installation techniques.
3. Value Engineering
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in material selection, mold reusability, and installation methods.
- Suggest alternatives (e.g., panel thickness optimization, fixing system simplification).
4. Database & Cost Control
- Maintain an updated cost database for materials, labor, and factory overheads.
- Track actual vs. estimated costs to improve accuracy for future bids.
- Support project managers in cost monitoring during execution.
5. Client & Management Interaction

- Present cost reports and bid summaries to management.
- Coordinate with procurement for updated price lists and supplier performance.
