Position: Engineer Estimation (Civil)
Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, and overheads.
  
• Tendering & Bidding: Develop competitive bids and proposals based on project specifications.
  
• Quantity Takeoff: Review blueprints and specifications to determine material quantities and costs.
  
• Budget Analysis: Assess budgets and recommend cost-saving strategies.
  
• Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
  
• Cost Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate project cost records and prepare financial reports.
  
• Compliance: Ensure all estimates align with industry standards, regulations, and contractual obligations.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in Estimation (Civil).
  
• Prior experience in a construction/general contracting company with a strong civil background.
  
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
  
• Strong knowledge of estimation software and MS Office
