- Commission-only role 50% on all sales (Up to 70% through hitting targets)

Key Responsibilities of a Real Estate Agent:
- Source, list, and sell properties across Dubai
- Conduct valuations and property viewings
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Build your personal brand through networking and social media
- Manage clients and listings using the company CRM
Desired Candidate Profile
What We re Looking For:
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset
- Property experience preferred (not essential)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Valid driving licence
