Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Teach English as a Second Language (ESL) to students of various ages and proficiency levels. Develop lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to student needs. Conduct assessments and provide feedback on student progress. Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Integrate technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning. Communicate regularly with students and, if applicable, parents regarding progress and performance. Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, TESOL, or a related field (Master’s preferred). TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification is highly desirable. Proven experience teaching ESL students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
