ERP System Analyst ESAT

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

We are looking for ERP SYSTEM ANALYST.

This position analyzes end-user requirements, responds to and resolves more complex end-user requests/issues, participates in end-user support and training activities, acts in the role of analyst to define/refine business processes and support end-user s reporting needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a system analyst or in a related role, with a proven track record of successfully analyzing and implementing complex systems.
• Proven track record of successfully analyzing and implementing complex systems and solutions.
• Serve as the ERP subject matter expert understanding detailed system functionality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to actively listen, distill a problem or need and translate into requirements that can be turned into a solution.

Responsibilities Including but not limited to:

• Partners with key stakeholders to analyze business processes and customer needs.
• Analyzes impact to customizations when applying patches and bug fixes.
• Researches new releases/updates to help optimizing business processes.
• Performs fit/gap analysis and assists functional owners to develop functional specifications detailing logic, technical.
• Works with functional owners, uses knowledge to create business workflows, identify and implement solutions to meet needs.
• Collaborates with technical developers to provide production support, while creating reports, queries, and workflows.
• Coordinates technical resources to troubleshoot issue, and supports functional testing cycles, defect tracking, and resolutions.
• Develops and maintains documentation on requirements, functional specifications, testing procedures and configurations.
• Monitors ongoing operation and performs activities to assist with performance tuning and troubleshooting of application issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving system issues.
• Working with business team to understand business needs.
• Documenting business requirements.
• Conducting analysis and design sessions providing solution documentation.
• Supporting deployment to production environment.
• Analyze and create process models to portray a complete picture of workflows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software.
• Create Context flow diagrams, Use case diagrams, Activity diagrams, Business process flow diagrams, Mock-ups, and Workflows.
• Define technical architecture and create data mapping documents.
• Gather functional and non-functional requirements through requirement elicitation meetings.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis, identify bottlenecks in processes, and recommend solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional process re-engineering sessions and continuous improvement effort.
