Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure ERP systems based on client requirements
  • Gather and analyze client needs to offer tailored ERP solutions
  • Conduct client training sessions and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Act as a liaison between the client and development team for custom features
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and resolve any issues

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 4 years of experience in ERP implementation or software deployment
  • Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Inventory, Finance, etc.)
  • Experience in the gold industry is a strong advantage
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
