Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • HR & payroll knowledge is a must
  • Knowledge in accounting is a plus
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in ERP implementation or a related field
  • Good knowledge of business processes especially HR, Payroll and accounting modules
  • Excellent planning and communication skills
  • Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
  • Planning and time management skills.
  • Good knowledge of business processes & accounting
  • Previous experience in ERP Implementation
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills.
  • Bachelor degree preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Business informatics, Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Knowledge with ERP cloud applications is a must
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge in IT, Networking.

Desired Candidate Profile

CloudSoft5 is hiring ERP Implementer with the following job description:

  • Implementing ERP software application at the client's site.
  • HR & payroll knowledge is a must
  • Participates in training staff members on the client s site.
  • Analyzes customer needs, business processes reported problems and reports to solve problems in the products.
  • Follow up with the clients in training and customization delivery.
  • Delivers technical training to newly hired support staff.
  • Collects and analyzes business and accounting requirements from the client.
  • Works with development department in testing and implementing new product features and customer requirements.
  • Recommends new strategies and programs for customer support and satisfaction.
  • Analyzes business process, design and implement business cycles and workflows.
  • Responds to client inquiries concerning product operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems.
  • Instructs users on use of software products, and manuals.
  • Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users.
  • Refers major hardware/software problems to service personnel/development department for correction.
  • Responsible for customer s smooth operation on company products.
  • Reports any and all problems which might affect total customer operation performance to customer s management and to his manager.
  • Help in testing the business processes and improve it internally to follow the standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues during and after implementation.
